Shockcord is an elasticated cord with a strong rubber core and braided polyester cover. It stretches under load and recovers quickly, making it useful for securing, lashing and tensioning.
Built with a synthetic rubber core, Shockcord provides excellent elasticity, typically stretching up to twice its length. The braided polyester cover protects the core from abrasion, UV and general wear. Easy to knot and handle, it’s ideal for tarpaulins, canopies, luggage, rigging, and marine applications where flexible tension is needed.
Durable, versatile and weather-resistant, Shockcord is an everyday essential in marine, industrial and leisure settings.
