Over the summer we set a timelapse camera running high above the warehouse floor at 21 Wingate Road and left it there while the racking went up and the stock moved in. Four months of work, in just over two minutes.

We’ve come a long way over the years, and that’s thanks to our customers. As demand grew, our operations ended up spread across two locations. That worked up to a point, but it meant stock and people were split when they’d be better together.
The new site brings everything under one roof. It’s a 41,000 sq ft site, including 21,000 sq ft of warehouse and operational space,[1] and we completed the move on 6 October 2026. You can read the full story, and what it means for your orders, in our move announcement.

Everything in one place. More than 2,000 product lines[1] now sit under one roof, alongside the team who know them best. Orders that span several product types come together from a single site.
More stock on the shelf. The extra space means more depth on the lines you reorder, and room for the ranges you only need occasionally but need quickly when you do.
The same people. The building is new. Nothing else about how we work has changed. You’ll still get the same practical advice and the same family business behind every order, whether you work in commercial marine, rope access, energy, lifting and towing or defence.
Behind the camera
The video was shot on a single timelapse camera that took a full-resolution photo roughly every ten minutes, day and night, for four months. We moved it a few times as the racking went up, which is why the angle changes. Thousands of frames later, we cut out the quiet overnight hours so all you see is progress.
